Charles Kenyon is superb. He knows the law and he knows the system. He is respected by others in the system. For example, In our case he filed a motion to suppress because the OWI stop was dubious. The D. A. knows that he does not file such motions frivolously, as do some attorneys just to impress their clients. in fact the D.A. told him it was a relevant thing to do in our case, even before the hearing. I believe that this (that Charles was going to file the motion) also caused the D.A. to look carefully at the entire case. The arrest itself was based on bad practices–the video showed this and Charles spotted this right away. By the time we got to the hearing on the motion to suppress, the D.A. was ready to dismiss all the charges and the judge granted the dismissals. The knowledge and the respect that Charles has are big pluses. He also met with us whenever requested and answered all our questions along the way. Recommended highly with no reservations.
